This course is a three year endowed course, starting from April, 2010 to research and cultivate human resources with in-depth knowledge concerning the increasingly important fields of energy security and environmental issues.

This course is run by experts and researchers of this field, who are knowledgeable about oil market, oil policy, and environmental policy.
This course consists of lectures on energy policy and environmental policy, and seminars to explore important global energy and environmental issues. An annual international symposium is also being considered.
