Objective

Low Cost Carrier (LCC) model has finally come to Japan. Its potential and contribution to users/social welfare have been well known in US, Europe, and the rest of the world. But recently the model has come to a crossing point and may change drastically in the near future, according to some researches.

We invite the world-leading scholar, Professor Martin Dresner (University of Maryland, ATRS Vice-President), government/business officials, and researchers in this field to our university and discuss LCC model about its potentials and future prospects with some constraints in Japan.
