*Only 20 winners will be selected for the 5th WYAAP ELC Essay Competition
* All delegate conference fees include conference materials and kit, meals and snacks during the conference.
* All other travel, lodging, visa and tax expenses before, during, and after the conference will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
