NOTICE: Influenza Vaccination
Hongo Health Service Center will give the influenza vaccination on the following schedule.
- Date: Mon. 12, Tue. 13, Wed. 14, Thu. 15 and Fri. 16 November, 2018
- Venue: Hongo Health Service Center, 2F of Administration Bureau Bldg.2
- Vaccination fee for students: 2,500JPY
*Please have exact change ready.
Online pre-registration is required for the vaccination. (Log-in ID and Password for the registration page are available on UTAS “Bulletine Board”.)
The registration page opens from 5pm, Monday, 29 October, 2018. For more details, please refer the following notice from Division of Health and Health Promotion.
