国際法基礎理論

内容・進め方・主要文献等

　国際法の基礎文献（主に英語）を講読する。
国際法学における古典的論文、よく引用され有名だがなかなかじっくり読む機会がない論文、注目される最近の論文、などを選んで講読する。国際法のすべての分野を対象とするが、基礎的ですべての受講者が興味をもてるものを選ぶようにする。自分の研究分野の重要文献を選んでもよい。候補となりうる論文の目録を開講時に配布する（下記は例）。
受講者は、その目録などを参考にしながら、自分が担当する論文を選び、報告する。報告者は、論文の要約及び論点の指摘や考察を行う。
報告者以外の者も、論文を読んできたうえで出席し積極的に討論に参加することが求められる。
