Description

The theme of this course is to foster the skill of drafting bills and the ability of legal discussions. The students who take this course should have certain knowledge on the law. The final goal is that students shall be able to draft new and amendment bills accurately.

I will pick up various kinds of legal drafting and subjects of legislative cases, such as;

(1) As new laws, the Fundamental Law, the Promotion Law, the Cost-Sharing of Cultivation Fish Law, the Key-Opening Instruments Law, the Internet Consumer Contract Law, the Compensation of Conflicts by Gangsters Law, the Cost-Return of Oversea Studies Law, the Digital Authentication Law, the Whistle-blower on Public Interest Law, the Left Bicycle Control Law, the Smoking Control Law, the Ministry of Information and Communication Law, etc.

(2) As amendment laws, the Integrated Circuit Passport Law, the Structural Reform District Law, the Basic Residents Registration Law, the Parking Control Law, the Public Opinion Law, etc.

Through discussing and drafting them, students will study how to analyze the legislative facts, how to solve their legal problems, how to extract legal philosophies. I will welcome the spontaneous discussions and positive attitude of drafting bills.
