Professor Takatoshi Ito (GraSPP) met Dean David Ellwood of John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, when both were attending the World Economic Forum 2005 at Davos, Switzerland.
They have exchanged their views on the mission and of public policy schools in the United States and Japan.
