【Recruiting Participants】 Beijing Forum 2010 "Student Session"
Tokyo University is recruiting students who wish to participate in the
"Student Session" at Bijing Forum 2010(See the PDF file of the attached file).
Applicants are required to submit the forms below in digital files to:
Student Affiars Section, ppin (at) j.u-tokyo.ac.jp by August 4.
(Items to submit)
１．ABSTRACT（=５００ words in English, choose one theme from the 3
as follows.)
・The Challenge: The Threat of Environmental Pollution and
Echological Damage
・The Responsibility: Participation in Public Welfare and Volunteer
Services
・The Vision: The Establishment of "Green Home" and "Green Campus"
*：Abstract should be formatted as follows.
・ Prepared in MS-Word
・ Formatted for A4 size paper
・All text double-spaced; all notes as endnotes (1.5 spaced)
・12-point font for the body of the paper and 14-point for the title
・Times New Roman font or similar
・The front cover page is expected to include the presenter’s name,
institution and contact information, in addition to the paper’s
title.
White and black, rather than colored pictures and diagrams are
preferred, with no shading or shadowed background. Quality should be
guaranteed for printing.

HQ of Tokyo University will select students if applicants exceed
capacity.
Successful applicants will be provided air fare and accomodation fee.
