Yale Online Course Program (Yale Summer Session)

Yale Summer Session is pleased to announce the launch of its Online Course Program. For the first time, Yale College courses are being offered online to students who cannot travel to New Haven for our residential program. These courses are taught by Yale faculty and offer Yale credit. Three courses are being presented in this first year. The cap for each course is 25 students, so there is limited enrollment. The courses to be offered are:

Session A (May 30 - July 1):
■ HUMANITIES/MUSIC
Brains of Genius: Mozart and Friends, HUMS S-212E or MUSI S-212E

Application deadline: May 23, 2011

Session B (July 4 - August 5):
■ ECONOMICS
Computational Finance, ECON S-253E
(This course requires students to sit for a written exam, to be proctored by someone at a university).

■ POLITICAL SCIENCE
Introduction to Middle East Politics, PLSC S-394E
