You can log on with your ECCS ID and password. You can also download the manual for CFIVE at:
http://cfive.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/doc/cfive_for_learner2012_e.pdf
which explains to you how to log in, etc.
Once you are in, you should be able to "add" this course to your course list from the "Available Courses" list. Refer to page 6 of the above manual for details. You do not have to formally register for this course to add it to your course list (on the other hand, adding this course to your CFIVE list does NOT mean a formal registration, so be careful).
