GPPN Student Conference Tokyo 2013実行委員会は、12月7日、8日に開催されるGPPN Student Conference Tokyo 2013への一般参加者を募集いたします。
GPPN (Global Public Policy Network)は、・コロンビア大学国際公共政策大学院（ニューヨーク）、
ジェトリオ・ヴァルガス財団サンパウロビジネススクール（FGV-EAESP）（サンパウロ）、ヘルティ・スクール・オブ・ガバナンス（ベルリン）、
シンガポール国立大学リー・クァン・ユー公共政策大学院（シンガポール）、ロンドン・スクール・オブ・エコノミクス（ロンドン）、パリ政治学院（パリ）、
東京大学公共政策大学院（東京）の七つの公共政策大学院から構成されるネットワークです。
GPPNは、加盟7校の学生および教員を招待し、今日の公共政策立案における課題についての研究成果を報告および討論する会議を毎年主催しており、
本年は東京大学公共政策大学院にて史上初めて同会議が開催されます。
本年のテーマは"Public Policy for 2020: Medium-Term Agenda with a Better Vision"。 東京オリンピック開催の年でもある2020年を見据え、経済統合や国際紛争の解決および予防、危機的状況における公的機関の役割などを議論します。 学生のプレゼンテーションに加え、各分野ので第一線で活躍する方々を招いてのパネルディスカッションや、 一般参加者を交えてのプレゼンテーション大会も開催される予定です。さらに、種々のイベントを通して学生および教員の交流を深める機会も提供されます。

Dear GraSPP Students,
We are pleased to invite you to the "GPPN Student Conference Tokyo 2013" to be held on December 7th and 8th, 2013 at the Graduate School of Public Policy (GraSPP), the University of Tokyo.
Global Public Policy Network (GPPN) is a partnership between Columbia University (New York), FGV-EAESP (São Paulo), the University of Tokyo (Tokyo), the Hertie School of Governance (Berlin), the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (Singapore), the Institute of Public Affairs at London School of Economics and Political Science (London), and Sciences Po (Paris). In order to facilitate cooperation among students and faculties of GPPN member schools, GPPN has held an annual conference since 2006. This year, the GPPN Conference will be hosted by the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Tokyo for the first time in its history.
The conference theme this year is "Public Policy for 2020: Medium-Term Agenda with a Better Vision". Under this main theme, we set the three sub-topics, which students' presentations be based on. This conference will be a great opportunity for you to listen to the future world leaders' opinions regarding the issues that the world is facing today in public policy. In addition, audience will get a chance to discuss a public policy issue in Students' Policy Challenge, where all participants will improvise a group, share their ideas, and make a presentation.
