NOTICE: University entrance exams (Hongo area)
Saturday, January 18, and Sunday, 19, 2014
The following are the temporary measures for the National University Entrance Examinations:
1.Entry into the entrance exam room areas is strictly prohibited; only students, faculty members, and staff who have special permission may enter the areas.
2.Faculty and administrative staff must show an ID card when entering the university.
3.Students who need to enter the university for research activities must show an ID card when entering the university.
4.Those who are not affiliated with the university must show a temporary ID card when entering the university.
5.Entry to and exit from the university are possible through the Main/Red/Yayoi/Pharmaceutical/between-the-Science-Bldg.1-and-the-Chemistry-Bldg./Second Refectory gates. In principle, entering the university by car is prohibited.
※Due to the foreign language listening tests, driving a car on campus except for in an emergency is prohibited on the following dates and times:
- Saturday, January 18, 17:05 - 18:15
6.Please refrain from making a noise in the exam room areas.
【事務連絡】大学入試センター試験に伴う臨時措置（本郷関係）について
平成26年1月18日（土）/19日（日）に平成26年度大学入試センター試験を実施するので，試験当日は下記の臨時措置をとる。
1.受験者，本学教職員，研究のために特に入構を必要とする本学学生・研究生及び特別の許可を得た者を除き，試験場区域内への立入は一切禁止する。
2.本学教職員は，入構の際，「身分証明書」を提示すること。
3.研究のために特に入構を必要とする本学学生・研究生は，入構の際，「学生証・研究生証」を提示すること。
4.本学教職員以外で特別の許可を得た者は，入構の際，部局長の発行する「入試特別入構証」を提示すること。
5.本学教職員，本学学生及び特別の許可を得た者の入・出構は，正門，赤門，弥生門及び薬学部角・理学部1号館と化学館裏の間・第ニ食堂前のゲートとする。
また，車両による入構は，原則として禁止する。
※1月18日（土）17:05～18:15は『英語（リスニング）』試験中の静穏な環境の保持のため，車両（緊急車両を除く。）の試験場区域内の走行を禁止する。
6.試験場区域内においては，試験の妨げにならぬよう静粛にすること。
