NOTICE: Students Medical Checkups AY2014
The medical checkups will be conducted for GraSPP students except those who will enroll in GraSPP in April 2014 as follows.
If you wish to take your medical checkup on Hongo Campus, pre-registration through the Helth Service Center website is required.
The registration website will be available from 10am on Wednesday, 9 April.

*Women are requested to wear/bring thin and plain-colored T-shirt without buttons for taking X-ray.

【事務連絡】平成26年度学生定期健康診断のお知らせ
以下のとおり、平成26年度学生定期健康診断が実施されます。公共政策学教育部の学生（2014年4月入学者を除く）は期間中に受診してください。
また、本郷地区で健康診断を受診する場合は、必ず保健センターのウェブサイトより、事前に予約を行ってください。予約は4月9日（水）午前10 時より受け付けます。

*受診の際は、必ず学生証を持参してください。
*女性はX線撮影のため、薄手でボタン等のついていない無地のTシャツを着用するか持参してください。
