NOTICE: Relocation of the Hongo Health Service Center
The Hongo Health Service Center will move from the Yasuda Auditorium to Administration Bureau Building 2 on 13 and 14 March.
With this relocation NO service (e.g. medical care, issuance of medical certificates etc.) at the Hongo Health Service Center will be available between Monday, 10 March and Thursday, 20 March.
From Monday, 24 March the health service center opens as follows.
- 2nd floor: Internal Medicine, Psychiatry and Health Service Section
- 1st floor: Dental Clinic, ENT, Pharmacy and Health Service Center Office
- 1st basement: X-ray room
【事務連絡】本郷保健センターの移転について
本郷保健センターは3月13日、14日に安田講堂から第二本部棟に移転します。
これに伴い、3月10日（月）から3月20日（木）の間は診療、診断書発行、証明書発行などの業務は行いませんのでご注意ください。
3月24日（月）から以下のとおり業務を行います。
- 2階：内科、精神科、健康管理室
- 1階：事務室、薬局、歯科、耳鼻咽喉科
- 地下1階：X線撮影室
