第45回サンガレン・シンポジウム説明会
第45回サンガレン・シンポジウムが2015年5月7日、8日にスイスのサンガレン大学で開催されます。
サンガレン・シンポジウムは、40年以上の歴史を誇り、毎年5月にスイスのSt.Gallen大学のキャンパスで開催され世界の政・官・財・学、各界のリーダー約600人、各国メディア代表約150人、各国学生200人、総勢約1,000人が参加する国際シンポジウムです。 4日間の開催期間中、スピーカーの発表を基に、世代、文化、国情、産業を異にする参加者各々に共通する諸問題について意見交換の場となっています。 過去にはクリスティーナ・ラガルド氏（IMF専務理事）、ロバート・ブルース・ゼーリック氏（第１１代世界銀行総裁）、コフィ・アナン前国連事務総長などの著名人がスピーカーとして登壇されています。
世界各国から参加する２００名の学生(来年5月時点で大学院生)・若手リーダーは、エッセイコンテストの審査によって選出され、参加者の航空運賃と滞在費は主催者が負担します。 毎年公共政策大学院をはじめ東京大学からも多数の学生が応募し、実際に参加をした学生からは非常にチャレンジングで有意義な経験をしたとの報告を受けています。

The 45th St. Gallen Symposium will take place from 7-8 May 2015 at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. The St. Gallen Symposium is the world’s leading platform for dialogue on key issues in management, the entrepreneurial environment and the interfaces between business, politics and civil society. Every year in May for over 40 years, it has brought together a global target group of around 600 entrepreneurs, top managers, politicians, academics, decision-makers from civil society with 200 students/young leaders around the world, providing an inspirational setting for open, interdisciplinary discussions across boundaries of cultures and generations.
