Call for Participants to the AEARU (Association of East Asian Research universities) Young Researchers International Conference, September 28-30, 2015, University of Tsukuba

The AEARU has announced the Call for Participants to the Young Researchers International Conference from Monday, 28 to Wednesday, 20 September, 2015 at University of Tsukuba.

1. Outline
The conference will be held under the theme of “Transmission, Preservation and Applications of Culture in the East Asian Region”. This conference would serve as an opportunity to establish future collaboration in these subject fields among young researchers in the East Asian region through the intellectual exchange of research reports and studies.

2. Eligibility
Researchers (undergraduates are also welcome)

3. Application Procedure
Those who wish to give an oral presentation are invited to submit an abstract in the specified template to the following address (global@un.tsukuba.ac.jp). Deadline for submission of abstracts is . A poster presentation session will be held in case the number of applicants exceeds the limit of oral presenters.

4. Costs
Free accommodation and meals will be provided to all presenters during the conference period by the organizer.
Travel costs is the responsibility of the participants.

国際企画課より以下の通知がありました。参加希望者は主催者に直接応募してください。

１．会議の概要
本会議は、「Transmission, Preservation and Application of Culture in the East Asian Region」をテーマに、東アジアの人々や文化に関する研究成果の発表などを通して、関連分野における若手研究者同士のネットワークや将来的な協力を促進する機会を提供するもの。

２．開催日・場所
2015年9月28日（月）- 30日（水）　筑波大学

３．対象
若手研究者（学部生も可）

４．応募方法
指定の様式にて、口頭発表のためのアブストラクトを、2015年7月31日（金）まで に、次の宛先global@un.tsukuba.ac.jpへのメール送付により、応募すること。応募者多数の場合は、ポスター発表が開かれる場合もある。
※発表者には、会議期間中の宿泊費、食事が主催者から提供される。その他に発生する旅費については、参加者負担。
