In International Energy environment, we can find like reverse oil crisis in the second half of 80's because of dropping down of international market, unpredictable prospects in the future life, and rapid falling in the price of oil as unstable supplying in the Middle East.

As that fact let big influence on several investments for fossil fuel technology and renewable energy, make huge matter of concern. On the other hand, raising shale gas as new coming player as future energy let change to new energy market.

In Japan, as an opportunity to FUKUSHIMA nuclear crisis in 3.11 mega disaster, appearing in-national debates for supplying energy structure and policy making clear for that Market and its safety. Also, we have to study for reliable supplying energy to be optimized, further more establishing reform of system for global environmental issues. Several energy-supplying companies are struggling for survival as need not only flexibility but unyielding toward changeable environment.

This OUR symposium as summarize for any arguments, may review how progressive reform work and let make influence on energy companies with verifying inside and outside movement for energy environment in recent globalization.
