※From July 2006 to June 2010, I participated in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change negotiations as one of the chief negotiators in the Japanese delegation. I also served as a councilor of the Climate Technology Center & Network, an international organization created under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, for five years from 2012 to 2016.
