Dr. Fauziah Zen is an economist at Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) and a faculty member of Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. Since 2012, she has been appointed as Deputy Head of Socio-Humanity Commission in the Indonesia National Research Council (Dewan RisetNasional). She also serves as a member of Advisory Team to Indonesia’s Finance Minister on Fiscal Decentralization since 2010 to provide research findings and advisory services. She had consulted for the World Bank, ADB, GIZ, AusAID, and USAID, with several government institutions in Indonesia.She has more than 15 years of experience in Public Finance, Regulatory Impact Assessment, Infrastructure Development, and Fiscal Policy. Her current research includes various subjects in Infrastructure Financing especially Public-Private Partnership (PPP), Social Security, and Disaster Risk Resilience within East Asia region. She obtained her Bachelor and Master of Engineering from Institute of Technology Bandung, Indonesia, and Master and PhD in Public Economics from Hitotsubashi University, Japan.
