Administrative Organization Law

Faculty

Description

We will study Japanese administrative organization law and the law of public functionary. Our central questions are as follows: in which way our constitutional principles (e.g., democracy, the separation of the powers, human rights) are realized and should be realized in our administrative organization law. From this point of view, we will analyze latest reforms of the central administrative organizations and the government corporations as concrete cases.

The lectures and discussions will be done in Japanese.
