Here we study the conflicts between the public sector and the private sector in light of taxation. More specifically, we discuss the meaning of the following dichotomies in the area of taxation:
Public law v. Private law
The Government v. the Firm
Public finance v. Corporate finance
Participants are required to select a topic and read several papers on it in English and make presentations on them. Participants could choose his/her specific topic rather flexibly.
