Description
This course introduces students to analytical framework to study Law and Economics. The course begins with an extensive discussion of basic tools of Law and Economics, which are based on standard microeconomics and game theory. The rest of the course addresses a variety of related topics including tort, contract, property right, corporate law, and bankruptcy law.
