The theme of this course is to read treatises on legislation politics, which is composed of a number of results of studies and practices, including legislative processes legislative politics and politics law. And the aim of this course is to demonstrate the necessity and method of systematizing legislation politics on which there has been no generally accepted view by deepening knowledge of the range and depth of this field through reading.

Although the literature which should be taken in this course is as follows, it will be chosen with the number of attendees and their specific concerns.
(1) Legislation Politics in General
- suggestions about legislation politics and construction of legal politics
(2) Studies of Legislation Politics by Jurists
- treatises on constitutional politics, civil legislation politics, politics law, and legislative practices such as those in local autonomies
- legal approach to policy-making
(3) Studies of Legislation Politics by Political Scientists, and Theorists of Public Administration and Legal Sociology
(4) Studies of Legislation Politics by Theorists of Legal Philosophy
(5) Studies of Legislation Politics from a Practical Perspective
