Description

This course will deal with the impact of digital government on the operational management and policy making process in administrative bureaucracies. After the theoretical discussion about the policy making processes and the roles of networks in policy making, specific cases of digital government in Japan and US will be analyzed. Practitioners in charge of digital government program in ministries and cabinet secretariat will participate and exchange views.
