In this seminar, we will investigate various problems of administrative law from the viewpoints of control of policymaking and administrative activities of the government.

Officials of the central and local governments will be invited as guest speakers and students are allowed to ask questions to the guest speakers. This year, the Administrative Reform Promotion Law, the Cabinet Office, administrative commissions, independent administrative institutions, national university corporations, designated corporations, national and local government officials, the Public Service Reform Law, policy evaluations, etc. will be the topics of the seminar.
