Description

Law and economics is a relatively new methodology for the functional analysis of legal rules that adopts microeconomic theory as an analytical tool. This course offers the basic foundation of “law and economics” and several applications. The course includes 1. basic microeconomic theory, 2. economic analysis of contract law, 3. economic analysis of secured transactions, 4. economic analysis of torts and insurance.
