Course content and topics

The course will study the development of the law of the European Union. The course will stress the dynamics of European law which arises from the interaction between the law of the EU and the law of the Member States.

The first seven lectures deal with the constitutional and administrative aspects of EU law; the remaining lectures discuss variety of substantive laws, including the law relating to internal market and external relations.
