Description

Title: Readings on the law-making process of international organization
Method: In the first 5 or 6 weeks, I will give lectures on the fundamental legal problems on international organization and participants will be required to read through the Textbook of the Law of International Organization(manuscript) written by Prof. Okuwaki. In the following weeks, we will read a book "International Organizations as Law-makers" written by Prof. Jose Alvarez and students will be requested to report on an assigned chapter.
