Description
Objective: to contribute to the better appreciation of the “Real World” where political, economic, and social dynamics are played out.
Focus: rather than dealing with the whole world, world trade will be given focus, specifically WTO, to see how political and economic dynamics currently at play in the world are reflected there.
Method: ex-practitioner will share his actual experiences and insights on specific subjects while calling on the class to do research and report on specific issues assigned.
In the latter part of the course, class would be asked to engage in a mock-multilateral trade negotiations.
