Dear Students,
Reading materials for the second-week class on Thursday, October 14, 2010 are available at GraSPP Students Affairs Section. Also available is the syllabus revised after the first class.The second-week class will cover:
(1) the review of some of the key concepts discussed at the first-week class,
(2) the organization of PPPs, and
(3) characteristics of PPPs for infrastructure in emerging and developing countries.
