This is an invitation for GPPN essay contest from SIPA, the Journal of International Affairs (JIA) and please see the information below.
Dear GPPN partners,
For several years now our school journal, the Journal of International Affairs (JIA), has sent a call for student submissions from our GPPN partners. This year we are asking for students to write on the topic of transnational organized crime -- details are listed in the attachment. The prize is $500; 4,000 word maximum.
