COURSE: Summer intensive course "Area Politics C (Study in Contemporary U.S. Foreign Policy)"
Message from the Professor.
1. Start working on the assigned readings as early as possible.
2. You should buy the Lieber and Mandelbaum books. They are available in paperback and and kindle format. The rest of the readings are available here (PDF, 109 KB)* Only on-campus can browse.
3. Classes will be held at Room 505 of Yayoi Sogo Building (5th floor) in Yayoi Campus. If you have not been to the room before, be sure to come early on the first day for it might take a while to find it.
4. The room will be air-conditioned, so you might want to bring a jacket or a cardigan should you feel the cold.
5. By courtesy of the Shibusawa Ei’ichi Memorial Foundation, a farewell lunch party is planned after class on the last day.

3. 教室は弥生キャンパスにある弥生総合研究棟5階505号室である。わかりにくい場所にあるので、初日はとくに注意されたい。
4. 教室では冷房を使用する。寒いと感じる可能性のある人は、上にはおる服を適宜用意されたい。
5. 最終日の授業終了後には、渋沢財団のご好意により、昼食を兼ねた終了パーティを開催する予定である。
