NOTICE: Change of the business hour and the schedule of Graduate School Office
The business hours of Graduate School Office will be changed as follows.
| Period: | From Jul. 16th to Sep. 30th |

| Time: | 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00 * 12:00 - 13:00 will be closed. |
On September 20th, the Office will be closed all day for the entrance examination.
The Graduate School Office will be closed all day because of summer holidays as follows.
Aug. 12th, 2013 and Aug. 13th, 2013
*How to enter the Administration Bureau Bldg.2 is same as the weekend.
【事務連絡】窓口業務時間の変更及び休止について
以下のとおり、窓口業務時間を変更いたしますので、ご注意ください。

| 時間 | 9：00～12：00 及び 13：00～17：00 ※ 12：00～13：00は休止いたします。 |
◎ 9月20日（金）は、入学試験実施のため終日休止いたします。
また、以下の日程は、夏季一斉休業のため、終日休止いたします。
期間 8月12日（月）及び8月13日（火）
◎ 第2本部棟への入館及び演習室・自習室の利用については、土日と同じ扱いとなります。
