Call for Papers for Fall 2013 GPPN Student Essay Contest
The Journal of International Affairs, published by Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, is now accepting submission of papers for the Fall 2013 GPPN (Global Public Policy Network) Student Essay Contest from students of GPPN schools. Papers should not exceed 4000 words. Essays cannot have been previously published, but NEED NOT be written specifically for the contest. Papers submitted for academic credit are welcome, provided they are relevant to the upcoming issue's theme of "Women and Gender" and have not been published.
