Subsidy Program for volunteer work from GraSPP Supporting Network for Reconstruction
Dear Students of GraSPP,
We, "GraSPP Supporting Network for Reconstruction(GSNR)," an organization of the GraSPP Alumni, would like to announce the subsidy program for the students, who are considering a volunteer work in Hiroshima damaged by the landslide on 20th Aug.
Please read the summary below and ask anything to reconstruction@graspp.jpThis subsidy program is;
For what: any volunteer work in the area, damaged by the landslide For who: GraSPP students Amount: ¥10,000 (¥5,000 for day trip) When: From Aug. 2014 till Mar. 2015
* Application must be submit while in schoolRequirements: Entry into a volunteer insurance, good research how they accept the volunteer
Notify the secretary of GraSPP of your emergency contact detail
Send a report to GSNR after the work, what you did and political issues you saw in the disaster areaHow to submit: 1)Send a E-mail to reconstruction@graspp.jp and acquire the application
2)Send the application and report after the volunteer work
3)GSNR sends the subsidy into your account
4)Send the receipt
5)Your report will appear on the website of GraSPP Alumni: www.graspp.jp

GraSPP復興支援ネットワークによるボランティア支援制度のご案内

在校生の皆様平素、GraSPP同窓会「龍岡会」活動へのご支援誠にありがとうございます。
この度、龍岡会下部組織「GraSPP復興支援ネットワーク」によるボランティア支援制度についてご案内申し上げます。
龍岡会では2011年の東日本大震災をきっかけに、大災害からの復興支援活動「GraSPP復興支援ネットワーク」を運営して参りました。
その一環である被災地ボランティアへの補助金制度について、8月20日に発生した広島土砂災害でのボランティアにつきましても支給対象を拡充することと致しました。
少しでもご関心のある方は、下記要領をご一読の上、まずはreconstruction@graspp.jpまでお問い合わせ頂きたく存じます。【ボランティア活動支援要綱】
対象： 広島土砂災害被災地でのボランティア活動（内容不問） 補助金額： 10,000円（日帰りは5,000円） 対象期間 2014年8月～15年3月末
＊ 申請書は在学中に提出してください。条件 ボランティア保険に加入し、事前にボランティアの受け入れ体制などをよく調べること
大学院事務局に対し、緊急連絡先などの報告
以下の①②を盛り込んだ報告書を提出（様式自由）
①活動内容 ②現地で見た政策課題申し込みの流れ ①reconstruction@graspp.jpに申請・報告書を請求
②ボランティア活動後、申請・報告書を提出
③龍岡会から補助金支給
④補助金の受領書（様式自由）を提出
⑤報告書が龍岡会ウェブサイトに掲載されます
