In search for students to provide on-site assistance for an international symposium in Bangkok on February 27

We are looking for two individuals to provide on-site assistance for an international symposium titled "Towards an Asian Paradigm for Advanced-Stage Development: Opportunities for Enhanced ASEAN/Japan Partnership" (preliminary title) to be held in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday, February 27 in partnership with Chula Global Network, Chulalongkorn University (see the preliminary program as attached).

Applicants should be fluent in English, including writing skills, and have a basic knowledge of issues related to regional integration efforts in Asia as well as global and regional value-chains and infrastructure connectivity.
Tasks may include on-site coordination with the Thai counterparts, assistance to speakers, and drafting of the minutes of discussion.
Assistants will be reimbursed for the travel expenses (February 25-28) according to UTokyo’s travel expenses rules.

During the stay, there will be an opportunity to visit universities or research institutions located in Bangkok to discuss issues related to the symposium with experts.
