LKY Study Trip in Japan 2015のお知らせ
２月下旬～３月上旬、シンガポール国立大学リークアンユー公共政策大学院（以下、LKY）の学生が日本にやってきます。彼らと一緒に日本中を周り、様々な政策課題について議論をしませんか？
＜概要＞ 本企画（LKY Study Trip in Japan)の趣旨は、現在LKYの学生たちが企画しているJapan Trip（日本の官公庁や地方自治体等の公共機関、民間企業を訪問するツアー）にGraSPPの学生も合流し、共に各地を訪問しようというものです。毎年双方の学生から大変高い評価を受けており、今回は第五回目の開催となります。 本年度のメインテーマは『成長戦略と震災復興』と設定されており、日本各地を訪問する予定です。 運営に協力して頂いた方の費用は補助される予定です。また、多様なバックグラウンドを持つLKY学生との交流や、公共機関・企業等の訪問先でのディスカッションを楽しむまたとない機会です。ぜひ奮ってご応募ください。

＜参加資格＞ ・現在東京大学公共政策大学院に在籍しているか、４月からの入学が決まっていること ・ ツアー運営（訪問先の調整、ワークショップの企画・運営、ツアー後の報告書の作成等、各人の能力や都合に合わせて分担し行う予定）への協力が可能なこと
＜募集人数＞ ３、４名程度（応募多数の場合、応募者と相談の上人数調整を行います。その際、全日程に参加できる人、英語日本語双方の能力のある人を優先させていただきます。）
＜費用＞ 東京外での交通・宿泊費は補助の対象となる予定です（上限有）が、場合によっては10,000円ほどの自己負担額が発生する可能性があります。 ※また、東京大学旅費制度の規程により、交通・宿泊費１人当たり49,110円は後日支給となるため、一時的に立て替えていただくこととなります。

LKY Studey Trip in Japan 2015
In February 2015, students of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (LKYSPP) are coming to Japan to conduct a week-long study trip. We are looking for GraSPP students who are interested in joining this trip.
Synopsis The purpose of the trip is to provide opportunities for students of LKYSPP and GraSPP to study Japanese public policy through discussions and sight visits to actual stakeholders in the field of Japanese public policy, including ministries and local governments, NGOs and relevant business enterprises. The Study Trip is very popular among both LKY and GraSPP students every year, and this time is the 5th anniversary trip. The main theme of this trip will be 'Growth strategy of Abenomics' and 'Earthquake disaster reconstruction', and we are planning to visit the relevant sites all around Japan.
There will be funding available for students who help prepare for the trip, which will cover the major costs of the trip. This will also serve as a great opportunity to do networking between the two top schools of Asia involving major actors of public policy in Japan.

Eligibility All current and incoming students of GraSPP. Participants are required to help prepare for the program (e.g. Preparation of GraSPP day, Creation of Final Reports after the trip)
Number of positions 3,4 students *If we receive more than 4 applications, we will consult the participants to adjust the number after closing the application. (Ability to speak both Japanese and English is preferred.)
Cost Accommodations and Transportation outside of Tokyo will mainly be funded by the program, however in some cases, you may be asked to pay around 10,000 yen. *Due to the school’s regulations, you will receive the subsidies after the event. Therefore, we ask you to pay the fees (49,110 yen) in advance.
