趣旨 IMFは、毎年４条協議を通じて日本経済の審査を行っている。今回、その準備ミッションが訪日する機会を捉え、ミッションチームから、日本経済の抱える諸課題や構造改革（特に労働市場）の問題についてのIMFの見方を発表してもらう。学生を含む聴衆との活発な意見交換を期待したい。
