NOTICE: Students Medical Check-ups Autumn 2016
The medical check-ups will be conducted as follows. Students who enrolled in GraSPP in this autumn need to take medical check-ups at Hongo Campus during the period.

* Online reservation through the Division for Health Service Promotion website is required. The reservation website will be available from 10 am on Wednesday, 12 October, 2016.
When you make a reservation, please enter ID and password found on the notice which was handed out to new students at the orientation.
* Please be sure to bring your student ID card and your reservation number at medical check-ups.
