This course follows the process of international negotiation after COP 3, when the Kyoto Protocol was agreed, till COP7, when the Marrakesh Accord, the agreement about the detail of the Kyoto Protocol, was reached.
We discuss the issues left on the text of the Kyoto Protocol. The course aims at stimulating and realizing the potentials of students for future international communications.
