We will discuss various issues of administrative law from the viewpoint of policy decision and control of administrative activities. Government officials of the central and local governments are invited as guest speakers and students are expected to ask questions. Examples of the topics covered include Administrative Complaint Investigation Law, Government Policy Evaluations Act.
