Description

This course aims to familiarize students with the regulatory framework for financial systems and enable students to deal with financial regulatory issues whether as a lawyer, as a regulator or as a researcher. Based on a study of the private law aspects of financial transactions, we will focus on the way the regulatory framework deals with a variety of financial systems issues. Course materials include judicial decisions, statistical studies and administrative primary sources. The course will be conducted using the so-called Socratic method.
