Description
The relationship between the European Court of Justice and Member State courts is one of the most important topics in the course of the construction of the Community legal order. In our seminar, we examine how and why national courts played and continue to play a role in such a process.
Students are required to report on legal articles in French and, if necessary, in other European languages, and discuss the results.
