Dear Students,
Reading materials for the third-week class on Thursday, October 21, 2010 are available at GraSPP Students Affairs Section.The class on October 21 will cover:
(1) the review of some of the key issues discussed at the second-week class - the structure of typical PPP arrangements and the role of participants,
(2) for and against PPPs (pros and cons), and
(3) ideas for group presentation.
