NOTICE: Students Medical Checkups AY2014
The students medical checkups will be conducted as follows.
If you wish to take your medical checkup on Hongo Campus, pre-registration through the Helth Service Center website is required.
Group I Medical Checkups for new students

*Please be sure to bring your student ID card.
*Women are requested to wear/bring thin and plain-colored T-shirt without buttons for taking X-ray.

【事務連絡】平成26年度学生定期健康診断のお知らせ
以下のとおり、平成26年度学生定期健康診断が実施されます。公共政策学教育部の学生は期間中に受診してください。
また、本郷地区で健康診断を受診する場合は、必ず保健センターのウェブサイトより、事前に予約を行ってください。
学生定期健康診断I（2014年4月入学者対象）

学生定期健康診断II（2014年4月入学者を除く）

*受診の際は、必ず学生証を持参してください。
*女性はX線撮影のため、薄手でボタン等のついていない無地のTシャツを着用するか持参してください。
