How to Apply for the 2nd recruitment AY2025/2026 (Posted on March 17, 2025)

*Account registration for the 2nd recruitment AY2025/2026 is available from Monday, March 17th at 10:00 a.m. (JST).

STEP1

・Download the Application Guidelines and Forms from the link above and read through them carefully. ・Prepare the necessary application documents. ・Read through FAQ before proceeding to STEP2.

STEP2 Register and create an account through the Web Application System before starting application. Account registration for the 2nd recruitment AY2025/2026 will be available from Monday, March 17th at 10:00 a.m. (JST). STEP3 Enter all the application information and upload necessary documents through the Web Application System. A request for a letter of reference will be sent to the referee through the Web Application System. Please note that applicants cannot submit or complete applications until the referee has uploaded or submitted the letter of reference through the Web Application System after receiving the request e-mail. STEP4 Submit and complete the application through the Web Application System during the application period. We do not accept late submission outside the application period. STEP5 Application number will be notified via e-mail after the application submission is completed.

・For those who graduated from universities within mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), submission of the following degree verification documents is also required during the enrollment procedure. As it may take time from the application to the issuance, please prepare well in advance. <Degree Verification Documents> Obtain a PDF file of the English version of the 'Online Verification Report of Higher Education Degree Certificate' issued by China Higher Education Student Information Network (CHSI), which is managed by Center for Student Services and Development (CSSD), and ensure it can be submitted during the enrollment procedure. Please note that documents issued by CHSI Japan Agency will not be accepted.

本日10/17はA1A2ターム科目、A1ターム科目に関する履修登録修正期間の最終日です。 履修・教務手続案内のP.6-8を改めて確認し、履修登録に漏れや誤りがないことを確認してください。 履修登録修正期間 10/13（木）～10/17（月）　※期日厳守 履修・教務手続案内（PDF） http://www.pp.u-tokyo.ac.jp/education/courses/ また、以下の点に特に注意してください。 ■履修登録修正期間中は、履修科目の追加・変更・撤回が可能です。履修登録修正期間後はいかなる事情があっても手続きができませんので、注意してください。 ■履修登録はUTASで行ってください。ITC-LMSでの受講登録や、UTASシラバスのお気に入り登録をしただけでは、正式にその科目を履修したことにはなりません。 ■１年間に履修登録可能な単位数の上限は38単位です。4月入学者は4月から起算して１年間、9月入学者は9月から起算して１年間の履修登録単位を数えます。 ■研究論文（6単位）、リサーチペーパー（2単位）を登録する予定の学生は、これらの単位を含めて38単位以内になるよう注意してください。 ■UTASに関して、不具合や操作に不明な点がある場合は、履修登録修正期間中に公共政策学務チームに申し出てください。期間後の申し出には対応しかねます。

各位 公共政策大学院の防災訓練を下記のとおり実施することになりましたので、 学生の皆さんは、可能な限り参加してください。

記

１．実施日時 ２０２２年１０月２１日（金）　１２：１０～１２：３０ ※ 雨天時には、中止の場合あり ２．訓練概要 震度６強の地震が発生したことを想定し、建物からの避難を行う。また、安否確認サービスから安否確認メールが届くので各自で安否確認を行う。 ３．場所 国際学術総合研究棟の前（避難場所） （経済学研究科棟、学術交流棟・小島ホールと同一のスケジュールによる訓練） ４．訓練内容 ・１２時１０分に訓練予告、１２時１５分に地震発生・避難指示が放送されます。 ・学生の方は、アナウンスに従い、国際学術総合研究棟の前の避難場所に避難してください。（※一部の授業及び赤門総合研究棟４階については、教職員から直接指示がある場合があります。）なお、避難する際は、エレベータを使用せずに、階段を利用してください。 ・避難が終了したら、適宜解散となります。 ・解散後、安田講堂裏にて防災イベントが行われていますので、適宜ご参加ください。 公共政策学務チーム ppin.j@gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp
