How to Apply (Posted on October 29, 2024)

Account registration will be available through the Web Application System from Tuesday, October 29 at 10:00 a.m. (JST), prior to the application period.

STEP1

・Download the Application Guidelines and Forms from the link above and read through them carefully. ・Prepare the necessary application documents. ・Read through FAQ before proceeding to STEP2.

STEP2 Register and create an account through the Web Application System before starting application. Account registration will be available from 10:00 a.m., October 29th, 2024 (JST). STEP3 Enter all the application information and upload necessary documents through the Web Application System. A request for a letter of reference will be sent to the referee through the Web Application System. Please note that applicants cannot submit or complete applications until the referee has uploaded or submitted the letter of reference through the Web Application System after receiving the request e-mail. STEP4 Submit and complete the application through the Web Application System during the application period. We do not accept late submission outside the application period. STEP5 Application number will be notified via e-mail after the application submission is completed.

・For those who graduated from universities within mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), submission of the following degree verification documents is also required during the enrollment procedure. As it may take time from the application to the issuance, please prepare well in advance. <Degree Verification Documents> Obtain a PDF file of the English version of the 'Online Verification Report of Higher Education Degree Certificate' issued by China Higher Education Student Information Network (CHSI), which is managed by Center for Student Services and Development (CSSD), and ensure it can be submitted during the enrollment procedure. Please note that documents issued by CHSI Japan Agency will not be accepted.

2024年1月、9月の能登半島地震・能登半島豪雨によって修学が困難な学部学生が対象です。

罹災証明書を提出できることが条件ですが、証明書の入手が困難な場合は、

被災の状況と証明書の入手が困難な理由を記載した書面（任意様式）を提出いただきます。

富山県・愛知県内の高校出身者かつ高校卒業まで同県内に住民票があった修士（専門職学位課程含む）が対象です。

上記科目（2025年度S1S2ターム開講）の履修者の定員は60人です。 定員を超えた場合、公共政策大学院の学生以外は抽選となります。 公共政策大学院生だけで定員を超えた場合は、必修の学生を優先します。

抽選は4/18（金） 時点でUTASで履修登録されている学生を対象に行います。 この時点で履修登録をしていない学生は、本科目を履修できません。

履修登録期間が異なる他研究科の学生で期日までに履修登録できない場合は、 所属研究科の担当係へ申し出て、代理での履修登録を依頼してください。

抽選結果は4/23（水）に在校生掲示板に掲示します。 抽選が行われない場合もその旨を掲示しますので確認ください。 落選した学生の履修登録は公共政策学務チームにて削除します。

応募希望者は、下記を参照のうえ、所定の期間内に手続きを行うこと。

応募資格 ： 2026年4月1日現在、博士課程後期に在学する者（外国人も含む） ※ 2026年4月に博士課程後期に進学する予定の者も含む 申請手続 ： 申請は「電子申請手続き」による ※ 「電子申請手続き」は申請者用のID・パスワード取得後でなければ行うことができないが、申請書類はID・パスワードの発行とは関わりなく、日本学術振興会のホームページからダウンロードすることができるので、研究内容・研究業績等については早めに準備を進めておくこと。

申請者のID・パスワード申請、発行方法

電子申請システムで申請する際には、ID・パスワードが必要となる。申請者はあらかじめID・パスワードを取得するための手続きを公共政策大学院チームで行うこと。
