Call for TA Applications

• Term:
  A1A2 semester AY2025
• Courses:
  “Microeconomics for Public Policy” (Mondays & Tuesdays both at Period 2) 
  “Practice Session for Microeconomics for Public Policy”(Wednesdays at Period 2)

The TA is expected to give technical and logistical support for the courses descripted below:

• TA’s responsibilities for Microeconomics for Public Policy

1. Set up the laptop, projector, and microphones before each lecture for Hongwei Chuang.
2. Make copies of all class handouts and exams for Hongwei Chuang.
3. Assist with grading the exams and recording the results in the Excel file. Notify each student of their quiz score via email using YAMM.
4. Attended each class, although it was not required.
   

• Teaching fellow’s responsibilities for Practice Session for Microeconomics for Public Policy

1. Instruct practice sessions effectively.
2. Distribute or announce the lecture notes prior to each session.
3. Design and assign homework that aligns with the lecture content and schedule.
4. Draft a solution key for each homework assignment to assist the grader and make it available to students.
5. Collaborate closely with the grader of the main lecture to mark the homework.
6. Respond to students’ questions and report any issues or complaints to the Professor.
