The UTokyo University-wide Student Exchange Program application guidelines have been announced on the Go Global website. Those who wish to apply for this program should read the application guidelines carefully and submit the necessary documents through UTAS. (A part of application documents should be uploaded to the web separately. For details, please see the guidelines.) The application period is from Noon on Monday, April 1 to Noon on Friday, May 24, 2024.

Submission of Letter of Assessment Submission deadline for the Letter of Assessment is also Noon on Friday, May 24, 2024. Please ask your assessor to submit the Letter of Assessment to the link below.

Notes Before application, please contact the GraSPP Office via e-mail at<ppin.j[at]gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp> to receive explanations on the points to be noted concerning study-abroad. Eligibility requirements and requested documents such as English proficiency tests vary depending on the programs. Please make sure to check all the factsheets and websites of partner schools before application. Application documents should be scanned and uploaded to UTAS in PDF format. UTAS does not accept applications after the deadline for any reason.

東京大学アントレプレナー道場は、起業やスタートアップ(ベンチャー)について初歩から体系的に学ぶ一連のプログラムです。S1タームの「アントレプレナーシップⅠ」、S2タームの「アントレプレナーシップⅡ」として開講しておりますので、東京大学在学中に起業やスタートアップについて学んでみたいという学生の皆さんのご参加をお待ちしております。

留意事項

１）申請後の辞退は、本学インターンシップの採用に影響がありますので、申請にあたっては十分に確認願います。また、現時点でまだ募集が開始されていない省庁・自治体につきましても順次募集が開始されることが予想されますので、そのことも考慮の上、計画的な申込をお願いいたします。

２）実習にあたり学研災傷害保険等への加入が必要です。

３）参照URL先のJAXAインターンシップ情報掲載ページをよくご確認のうえお申し込みください。

 

 

 

NOTICE: Tuition Payment for the spring semester AY2024

1. Withdrawal from a bank account

The tuition for the spring semester AY2024 will be withdrawn from your bank account on Monday, May 27. Please be sure to credit enough amount to your account by Friday, May 24. 

The amount of the tuition for the spring semester AY2024 is as follows.

Graduate students (Professional Masters programs): 267,900 yen Graduate students (Ph.D. programs): 260,400 yen

 

2. To students who have applied for tuition exemption

If you receive an exemption for half the amount or do not get an exemption, the payment due date will be announced in late July 2024 on UTAS and UTokyo website. After you check the notice, please credit your account with the corresponding amount by the due date.

 

3. Issuing a receipt

If you would like to issue a tuition receipt, you can apply for it online through UTAS. For more details, please refer to the UTAS manual for students which is available on UTAS. Please note that receipts will only be issued after Tuesday, June 4.

UTAS *When you access to UTAS, your UTokyo account’s ID and password are required.

Course syllabuses for the following courses are uploaded to UTOL.

入学前に科目等履修生として単位を修得した学生で、当該単位を入学後の履修単位として認定を希望する場合には手続きが必要となります。 詳細は公共政策学務チームにメールで確認してください。なお、手続きは修了予定年月の２か月前までに行う必要があります。

単位の認定に関して次の点にご留意ください。 ・認定された単位は年間の履修登録単位数上限（38単位）に算入されません。 ・認定された単位の成績には科目等履修生として与えられたものがそのまま登録されます。

Internship: Procedures for Registration and Application for Course credits for Internship

The following states the procedures for the registration and application for one credit for Practical Training Course “Internship” (Course code: 5139000):

Students who are going to do an internship for one week or more at public policy related organizations such as government agencies, municipal bodies, NPO or private institutions can register the “Internship” and apply for one credit. Students can register the “Internship” and apply for one credit anytime at the Graduate School Office. At least one week before the start of the internship, get approval from an academic instructor and submit “Internship Application Form” with his/her signature or stamp to the GraSPP Graduate School Office. Within one week after the completion of the internship, ask the academic instructor to evaluate “Internship Report Form”. After the evaluation, submit the report with the academic instructor’s signature or stamp to the GraSPP Graduate School Office.

* As for the academic instructor, please refer to the following  “List of Academic Instructors” (excepted part-time lecturer) and contact him/her by yourself based on the content of the internship. * Students can only obtain a maximum of one credit for internship participation in the entire course of study at GraSPP.
