NOTICE: Medical Check-ups for Autumn 2018 Entry Students and Researchers
* Medical Check-ups ends on 3rd December. If you have not had the check-ups, please be sure to make an online reservation first.
The medical checkups will be conducted as follows. GraSPP students who enrolled in September, 2018 need to take medical checkups at Hongo Campus during the period.

* Online reservation through the Health Service Center website is required. The reservation website is available.
* Before medical check-ups, students need to answer an online medical questionnaire.
